Be in the now. Know that your power to affect change in your life is today, and always will be. You can't do a thing about what happened yesterday or about what is yet to come tomorrow, but you sure can make good choices today.

Prepare for difficult situations and possible future challenges. Preventing relapse includes having the skills to identify, avoid or prepare for high risk situations.

Stress is fixed by removing the cause, or managing the situation. Managing stress means accepting the things you can’t change, changing what you can, when and if you can, or changing your reaction when you can’t.
